The Hawking Eta is the closest Cluster to the center of the Milky Way. There are no missions within the cluster, but there are 4 assignments to complete. The Mu Relay is found within the Hawking Eta. It was originally lost for over 4,000 years when a star within the cluster went supernova, pushing the Mu Relay out of orbit.
